3 DAYS IN A CAVE

WITH 10 WOMEN IN SACRED CEREMONY EVERY SOLSTICE AND EQUINOX. 

This exclusive immersion is for 10 women only and unfolds in the embrace of an ancient cave 1.5 hour hike above the valley.  Our team of facilitators and medicine women will be offering lotus tea, cacao and water ceremonies (optional Acacia) and vibrant song circles. The immersion is designed as a full ceremonial experience, reconnecting us with the sacred waters and fostering deep connection as sisters . 

Participants will leave feeling replenished from the cave’s deep silence, connected to the water’s wisdom, to their own wisdom, and with a repertoire of new songs and lifelong friends.

Experience a 2-night, 3-day journey into the mystical Diamante Cave during the solstice and equinox.

 A Day at the Cave

Time flows differently in the cave, it goes slower. We breathe deeper. We will be in a dance with the weather and will be responding adequately. Therefore, we move through days according to the weather. In this way, we honour the feminine flow, adjusting our rhythms to what the land offers, while ensuring that all sacred ceremonies are held and all important sites are visited.

Sample Day Schedule:


  •  6 AM: Meditation/self-reflection  

  •  7 AM: Cacao, coffee, or tea  

  •  7:30 AM: Song circle and waterfall dip  

  •  9 AM: Breakfast  

  •  10 AM-1 PM: Waterfall trek or workshops (visioning, songwriting, journaling, herbalist walk)  

  • 1 PM: Lunch  

  • 2-4 PM: Continued trek, sunset view, or yoga/workshops  

  • 6 PM: Dinner  

  • 8 PM: Evening Ceremony (Acacia, Pipe or Lotus) + Song Circle

  • 9 PM: Preparation for rest - Meditation in Lucid dreaming

The Important

Information

  • The trek is of intermediate difficulty; please notify us of any injuries or allergies in advance.  

  • The main trek is about 1.5 hours long.  

  • Daily treks will take us to multiple waterfalls, exploring the most pristine, mineral-rich waters in the region.  

  • A $150 deposit is required to hold your spot. Deposits are 50% refundable up to one month before the event.
