Our mission is to build and grow a regenerative, land-based community that is a sanctuary and refuge for professional artists, healers & entrepreneurs looking to co-habitate and co-create a self-sufficient reality in harmony with nature.
OUR WHY
What We Stand For
Founded by a collective of experience designers, we are a group of friends that decided to build a future that respects and bridges nature, art and humans.
Designed by artists for artists, Ká was birthed from a desire to evolve from a nomadic lifestyle into a grassroots land-based incubator for select creators who wish to connect to the earth and create art deep in the jungle.
This project is for farmers, musicians, healers, astral travellers, lucid dreamers, entrepreneurs, guides, the seekers — those who walk the prayer of living a lifestyle with nature.
The Ka experience is a complete jungle immersion where one’s body, mind, and spirit regenerates by merely being in the natural environment with other wildlife.
How did humans decide to live in the aquarian age? We chose to focus on what’s important, and for us, its is to live in right relations. Right relations to water. To the earth. To each other.

Our Principles
CREATE AND RECOGNIZE YOUR LIGHT BODY
At Ka, everything has been designed with the activation of the light body in mind. From the food we eat, to the geometric shapes of our gardens, the sacred fire, access to a pyramid, , to our architectural designs, we create spaces where the expansion of our light body is the foremost priority. Ka is a portal for a new form of recognizing our divinity to emerge.
LEAVE AN EMBELLISHED TRACE
Lets go beyond leave no trace. At Ka, we exmeplify a world where we prove that humans can leave an embellished trace. We bridge nature, humans and arts by building larger than humans art installations smack centre in our conservation area that allow for visitors to see the positive impact that humans have on the planet, all while reprogramming the narrative of how humans leave footprints on the planet.
AHIMSA
We believe in non-Violence in all forms, to all beings, including ourselves. We advocate for compassion, peace and forgiveness. Through our temple space, we provide spaces for reconciliation, emotional processing, authentic relating and family constellation work. We walk the earth with peace.
BLESSED WATER
We honour and respect all water bodies on the land, and bless all of our 7 pure water springs. We recognize we are part of water’s great project. We nurture and drink peaceful and healthy water, so we can cultivate peaceful and healthy community.
FARM TO TABLE
From seed to sprout to fruit to grass, all food we eat comes from the land or surrounding neighbours. We know our farmers names. We are all farmers in some capacity on the land and take turn in helping in the garden. At Ka, we will provide free farming and herbalism workshops and host green residencies from Momentom Collective.
Zero waste
No trash cans. No trash trucks. What you bring in, you take out, or you recycle into art. This allows for more initiatives for things to be created in house instead of bought in supermarkets.
Barefoot living
We measure success with the amount of hammock time you allocate for yourself a day. We invite you to kick your shoes off and ground down to the earth of the diamanté soil, release all negative ions and reconnect to your roots.
BE THE KINDEST VERSION OF YOURSELF
Who we are and what we are is a responsibility to serve others. At Project Ka, we play the game of who can be kindest. Who can do more random acts of kindness for no reason. Who can be most present for each other. Who can be kind for the sake of being kind, because the culture has been set that way.
LIFE AS A CONSTANT EXPERIMENT
We don’t claim to know all the answers. Project Ka is a living laboratory for a new world to emerge. We were born during a planetary and economic transition from capitalism to the new earth. For the new earth to emerge, we needed a space to explore all ranges of possibilities. We live in new brand new way, every day.
Beyond Generation & Beyond Borders
All residents of Ka will have access to all collective spaces and will have rights to round table discussion on governance. We recognize our unity and live in a non-discriminatory, non-racial non-gendered, non dual, non specist way.
WE LIVE IN RITUAL
All residents of Ka will have access to temple prayer every morning and afternoon. Before we bathe, we thank the water in our blessed fountain. We walk with reverence to the earth and are reminded of this through art across the property. We say gratitude before dinner. We rise with the sun.
NEW TIME PARADIGM
We go beyond the artificial time. We meet at sunsets and sunrises. We meet when flow arises, and when divine timing occurs.

Consciously, we connect
We believe the future is in community. All residents have access to collective meals and to collected spaces. To become the best at “humaning” invite offerings in Tantra, Temple Arts, Authentic relating, NVC, possibility management, and peace and conflict resolution.

LIVING ART GALLERY
Think Burning man, up cycled. Ka is invoking Building Man, an 80 acre conservation zone turned into a living art gallery with awing installations built by in house residents. Ka is conceived through Ontological Design where the simple act of being in our spaces expands consciousness, including in nature. We live an embellished footprint.
Bio Hacking
HUMAN OPTIMIZATION
We reimagine health. Our spaces attract alternative healers from around the world and serve as a “one stop shop” for travelers who want to experience deep cellular upgrade, non traditional healing, overall human optimization and flow state performance. We aim to open an alternative clinic.
Innovation
WE CREATE “NEXT CULTURE”
Ka is an Incubator for next culture – a world where innovation emerges. Think – Think Tanks, podcast spaces, labs, cowork spaces and workshops that links fellows with expert advisory groups committed to addressing big topics and solving earth problems. It originates from the artists
Conservation
ONE FOOT AT A TIME
We are committed to stewarding, protecting and preserving our land‘s natural resources, along with indigenous wisdom, for current and future generations. With our 1 foot at a time initiative, people can contribute to this project and invest in homes for wildlife in a living art gallery.
Our Journey
In Time
January 2022
We had our first mastermind and began creating the vision and financial model that was at once affordable and yet in alignment with an alternative future. We began to actively look for land in Costa Rica.
December 2022
We found the land in diamante valley and signed! We created a corporation and onboarded the founders and dream team.
NOW
We are interviewing candidates for 25 homes and beginning the masterplan. We have honed in on our architects, lawyers and advisory board.
JANUARY 2023
Second Founders Meeting for those who we have selected and who are serious about buying a pod at Ka. Meeting with architects, lawyers, indigenous tribes. Next steps. Signatures.
